is a special brand of RC Cars and has many competitors in its league. I
own 2 of these marvelous cars, one is older and the other is
more up to date. Also these cars are not very
cheap. There costs when your have everything needed can cost up to $200
new. If bough like say on Ebay they can cost about 150$
which is a better deal than at a hobby store.
These cars also come in different two kinds of power. You have a choice between 2 types of power sources electric and gas. The power source doesn’t really matter each have there ups and downs when used. If using electric you have to charge your battery every time its about dead which takes up time unless your have more than one battery. With gas you will up and go then when you run out just refill. But if we go into cost batteries will save you money but more time is needed.
When you use gas as a power source it causes your gears
to have to be reajusted after every 8
uses if you want it in tip top running shape. With electric you
don’t have to do that and your car is way lighter
and still can go as
fast as a gas powered car.
Some brands come in many different
sizes. You don’t really say sizes
you say what the scale is. The scales
are told in fractions
like the ones I own our both 1/10. But some come in 1/18, 1/8, and 1/24 only
some brands do these sizes. Also the
scales are different for planes, blimps, boats, and subs.
The last major differences that will affect your speed
are the motor types. When you get a motor be sure to ask for a type of turn.
The turns affect your speed like a 27 turn is only a stock
motor which will do about 30MPH
and this is the slowest motor you can buy. The fastest
motor you can buy is a 6 turn motor which in a buggy will do
almost 100MPH!
