Basketball (NBA) is one of the most popular sports out there it’s definitely in the top the selections of sports along with football and baseball.  The NBA is one of the most hardest sports out there, and everybody think that football is the hardest but in the NBA u have to constantly run and in football, yeah you have to wear heavy pads and go 100 yards down the field but in between those plays that have time to take a break while they pick the play.  

Pro basketball is about 104 games long or somewhere around there, and they have about 4 to 5 games a week tops and practice all the days they don’t have practice. So they have about the toughest sport in the Untied States. The only sport that is maybe easier is soccer because you have to run up and down the field and where ever the ball goes.

The best thing about being in the NBA is that you get treated like a god, especially if your one of the best players in the NBA. For example Lebron James is the best player and also the youngest player in the NBA.  He’s getting near the most money in the league. He’s in his second year with the NBA, rookie of the year last year and what nobody could believe was that last year before the season ever started Lebron James got one of the biggest contracts that weren’t ever offered out. Nike offered him a 90 million dollar contract just for him to wear there clothes and for his to wear there shoes and whatever else they make.

The NBA hall of fame, every players dream to be in, its where the best players ever in NBA history have been in. Players like Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Isaah Thomas, Wilt Chamberlin, Charles Barkley, and of course the best player to ever step foot on the basketball court Michael Jordan. These players and many more are in the hall of fame for being a leader of there team that they played on.   

The biggest challenge to make it to the NBA is what’s before the NBA, college. Most every player in the league went to college except for a few, which is the hottest players in the league right now, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Garnet, and Lebron James, there’s not much people that are better than those three guys. Passing college is the biggest part of your life it determines what you’re going to make of your life and then on the side you’re concentrating on basketball and how you’re going to beat the next team you play and how you’re going to help win it. That’s why you need to pass college and have a great life so you don’t live on the streets or at home living in your mother’s basement. Those are pretty much all the facts that I know about the National Basketball Association (NBA).
